La 'ndocciata è un evento tradizionale che si svolge l'8 e 24 dicembre, in provincia di Isernia, ad Agnone ed è costituito da una sfilata di enormi fiaccole, lungo il corso del paese e impegnando buona parte della popolazione. 
Le radici della tradizione risalgono all'epoca romana che usavano 'ndocce come fonte di luce durante gli spostamenti tribali che si verificavano durante la notte. La tradizione da allora, è stata tramandata dai contadini che cercavano di illuminare il percorso dei vari quartieri per raggiungere le numerose chiese nella notte di Natale. Le "'ndocce" (torce) hanno una forma a "ventaglio" (raggiera) e sono fatte utilizzando l'abete bianco. Possono essere torce singole o multiple, che arrivano fino a 20 fuochi. La processione si conclude con un falò chiamato "Falò della Fratellanza" a Piazza Plebiscito.

The 'Ndocciata is a traditional event that takes place on 8 and 24 December, in the province of Isernia, Agnone and consists of a parade of huge torches, along the course of the country and committed a good part of the population . The roots of the tradition dating back to Roman times they used 'ndocce as a source of light during the tribal movements that occurred during the night. The tradition has since been passed down from the farmers who sought to illuminate the path of the various neighborhoods to reach the many churches on Christmas Eve. The "'ndocce" (torches) have a form to "fan" (radial) and are made using silver fir. They can be single or multiple torches, arriving up to 20 fires. The procession ends with a bonfire called "Bonfire of the Brotherhood" Piazza Plebiscito.
